These Terms govern your access to and use of the Grounly platform (the “Service”), operated by the company (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

The Service

We provide a multi-tenant platform to build AI assistants grounded in your content. You are responsible for the content you index and for the accuracy and lawfulness of that content.

Accounts & acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Taxes are calculated at checkout. Plans include usage limits; usage beyond your plan may be stopped or charged as overage as described at purchase.

Data & privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum applies and you are the controller.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. AI output may be incorrect; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
